  • IKEA Dublin are looking to welcome Sales Co-workers to their team.

    A Sales Co‑worker at IKEA helps customers find the right products while keeping the sales area tidy, stocked, and inspiring, actively offering product knowledge and solutions to boost sales.


    WHAT WE OFFER

    • The Start Date of employment will be: 12th May
    • Competitive hourly rate of €15.70 per hour.
    • 18,24 and 30hr contracts working 4/5 days over 7 with every 4th weekend off.
    • For these roles we are looking for daytime availalbity during the week along with evenings and both weekend days.
    • We can discuss flexibility to match your life and our business needs during the
    interview.

    All interviews will take place on the 15th of April

    WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

    • Experience in a fast‑moving, customer‑facing environment would be a great advantage.
    • Confident using computers and digital tools, with the ability to pick up new IKEA systems and processes with ease.
    • You have a customer first mindset, where you make the customer feel valued and supported in everything you do.
    • You take initiative, make well-informed choices, and actively engage with your daily tasks.
    • Prioritise and organise your own work to make efficient use of the time available with great attention to detail.


    WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

    • Provide an inspirational shopping experience for our customers by actively approaching them to identify their needs and advising them on the best solutions for their life at home.
    • Enthusiastic about the range, curious to learn the stories behind the products and their design
    • You support maximising sales by ensuring your area of responsibility is clean, fully stocked, all products priced, well presented and easy to shop.
