    • 个人有长期运营社交媒体账号经验者优先，具备基础的内容选题、创作思维
    • 脑洞灵活，审美在线，对热点内容敏感，擅长捕捉优质创作素材
    • 具备良好的文字把控能力，执行力强，能按时高效完成内容产出任务

    岗位职责
    • 协助团队完成线上各类内容的创作、撰写、编辑、润色工作，适配平台内容风格
    • 协助跟进社交媒体平台内容动态，收集优质素材，参与内容选题讨论
    • 配合完成内容排版、文案优化、素材整理等日常运营辅助工作
    • 协助跟进内容发布后的基础维护，配合完成团队内容相关复盘工作
