  • WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Partner with the Store Manager and leadership team to turn business insights into decisions, driving sustainable growth and improving overall store performance.

    • Lead business planning, budgeting and forecasting, combining financial data, market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities and support strategic decisions.

    • Monitor business performance through KPIs and financial analysis, promoting business case thinking and working closely with commercial and operational teams to continuously improve profitability and efficiency.

    • Transform complex information into clear, actionable insights while ensuring compliance, sound financial governance and supporting everyday business decisions across the store.

    WHAT YOU'LL BRING

    • Experience in business controlling, financial planning or business analysis within retail or other fast-paced customer-oriented environments.

    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret commercial and retail performance, translate data into insights and support strategic business decisions.

    • A commercial mindset, with the ability to connect financial performance, customer behaviour and operational dynamics to identify new business opportunities.

    • A collaborative approach, enjoying working closely with leaders across the store and being actively involved in the daily rhythm of the business.

    • Fluent Italian and English, with the confidence to communicate effectively with both local and international stakeholders.

    Permanent contract classified at Level Quadro under the Italian National Collective Labour Agreement for Modern Organized Distribution. The annual gross salary for this position starts from €47,500 . ​
