    You should co-ordinate, execute, support and follow-up different activities at IKEA units regarding broadcast, film and meetings, contributing to achieve the purpose and goals of Group Communication.
    You should have an experience from technical support at broadcast and digital meetings and fluent in English, both written and spoken is a must. Knowledge of IKEA Brand, culture and values should be prepared.
    You should have an ability to create structure, plan and prioritize assignments with high quality and an ability to work well under stressful situations – a problem solver and an ability to work independently and proactive. You should have an ability to give high quality and consistent service to the deliveries daily and to create an environment where the IKEA fundamental values characterize the everyday life.
    You are motivated by working towards strict deadlines with focus on accuracy and passionate about being part of a team and sharing knowledge/information. You should be able to Independently work in a high pace with focus on responsibility and be motivated by a daily working environment characterized by problem solving, creative thinking and the customer in focus and be having a service minded approach and a genuine interest in the field of technology.
    Good knowledge in MS Office and administrative computer skills, about our customers and their business and extensive knowledge about broadcast set-up and support of digital meetings is needed. Knowledge of IKEAs corporate identity, core values and vision of creating a better everyday life for the many people, to ensure right representation.

    Your responsibilities

    Job specific key tasks and responsibilities
    • Provide technical support in relevant systems for various broadcasts, film and meetings.
    • Resolve technical issues related to network interruptions and functioning
    • Respond to project inquiries and assist in resolving challenges within the area of responsibility
    • Responsible for the operative delivery of the product, securing good functioning and maintenance.
    • Analyse, troubleshoot and diagnose hardware problems
    • Follow up delivery assignments according to set frames and keep the team informed • Support the workflow for the full production
    • Work proactively to develop the product and actively work with constant improvements
