We are looking for experienced Marketing Communication Leader to join our team and take responsibility for developing a comprehensive communication and positioning approach.
FOR THIS ROLE WE BELIEVE YOU:
• have marketing background and experience comes from Retail or FMCG companies (10+ years) as Brand Manager, Junior Brand Manager, Account Manager, Strategist,
• analyze market trends and customer needs to adapt the marketing strategy accordingly,
• create storytelling concepts that effectively position the brand in the market,
• collaborate with the creative team and other departments to achieve common goals,
• monitor the effectiveness of marketing activities and optimize them as needed.
• are able to translate the business objectives into creative brief.
• are experienced in development and implementation of 360 marketing plans, both in TV and most innovative digital formats,
• have advanced knowledge about Social Media emergent trends and platforms,
• lead multiple teams & roles at different levels in organization comes to you naturally since your business and work attitude was shaped in matrix , complex organizations,
• are able to manage large agency teams, lead pitch processes and content production,
• are interested in home furnishing and you are curious about trends of people’s life at home,
• have the ability to communicate confidently and clearly in English and Polish.
ABOUT THE JOB:
As a Communication Leader your role will be to establish the IKEA Brand as the preferred choice in home furnishing by stimulating home furnishing interest, securing strong brand and competitive position on the polish market by creating and running bold, nationwide, multichannel marketing campaigns based on relevant consumer insights and business objectives cooperating with agencies and multifunction project teams to secure successful communication of our offer in all paid media to build brand equity and generate traffic to our stores
