    Job description

We are on the journey to transform our digital capabilities, bringing core business processes, people, data & technology together - an enabler for IKEA to become an even better home furnishing retailer in the future. A journey that needs passionate people who embrace change, dare to question and want to make a difference. If that sounds like you, come and join us. Together we can do great things.

We have therefore initiated the Order & Finance Platform (OFP) Program, based on the SAP S/4HANA Cloud suite.

We are looking for someone who will be responsible for leading the SAP Platform Area in our journey to transform the IKEA Supply digital landscape.

    • Together with your peers across Inter IKEA to continuously improve technology services and roadmaps for total IKEA.

More specifically, in this role you will be accountable to:

    • Lead the development of a SAP target footprint and roadmap beyond the initial implementation (OFP) scope, through collaboration across Capability Areas and a wide range of stakeholders across IKEA.

    • Define and manage the SAP technology services plans, including the related financial frames for both development and operations.

    • Drive simplification of the IKEA system landscape and to secure that we replace legacy systems with SAP, where this is deemed to be the best option.

    • Secure a cost-efficient setup and maximize return on investment in SAP.

    • Steer and manage strategic relations with suppliers connected to the SAP technology services.

    • Take a leading role for the duration of the Order and Finance Program (OFP), supporting program management to secure competent and high performing teams and successful deliveries in the data & technology domain.

    • Deliver results by leading, developing, coaching and empowering co-workers to perform and grow according to agreed goals, supporting today and tomorrow’s needs.

In this role you will report to our Data & Technology Manager at IKEA Supply.  Are you looking for the challenge of your life? Come on board!   You can find more information about our digital journey at Technology and Digital Career Hub at IKEA
