WHAT WE OFFER
• This role offers a starting salary of £25,184 per annum, based on competence & experience.
• 39 hours per week, 5 days over 7 and alternative weekends, nightshift.
• IKEA is a Living Wage Foundation Employer.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

• Relevant experience and proven performance in retail and/or logistics role.
• Proven experience in utilizing technical equipment.
• Proven record of applying and taking personal initiatives
• Computer skills
• Experience in planning and improving daily operations.
• Confident and clear communication in English both written and verbal.


WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

• Support the team both planning/leading and perform task for major areas of responsibility, picking, packing, unloading, loading and replenishment of goods/orders within the agreed time with the customer in focus.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe environment throughout the fulfilment unit. Ensure adherence and compliance of all safety requirements, Standard Operating Procedures, and secure proper training across function.
• Responsible for the achievement of the goals determined by the Fulfilment Operations Manager or Team Leader, to support overall fulfilment operations goals and achieve excellence in running operations.
• Supervise the daily processes in the assigned area of responsibility, identifying and acting on improvement potentials and ensuring that daily routines are followed.
