• Business-minded approach with a clear customer focus and ability to meet agreed budgets and goals.
• Good computer skills.
• Ability to implement structural way of working within the area of responsibility.
• Problem-solving experience.

【Purpose of this Job】
Reach excellence in daily running fulfilment unit operations by assigning job duties to co-workers and communicate objectives and goals on a daily basis. Lead, coach and develop the operational teams. Secure all is performed with high quality at lowest possible costs and the customer in focus and always with an everyday safe, sustainable, and healthy work environment in mind.
【Your Responsibilities】
• Lead the Fulfilment Operations Co-workers in the assigned area of responsibility to secure the highest goods availability, operational readiness always at the lowest possible cost.
• Take direct lead with identifying, recruiting, retaining, and developing the many talents in the Fulfilment Operations team, to secure a diverse, high performing team that can execute its assigned responsibilities with confidence and secure the future succession.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment throughout the unit and secure that the Fulfilment Operations Co-workers work in compliance with IKEA Code of Conduct, internal IKEA regulations and local legislation related to health, safety, security, and the environment.
• Secure effective, qualitative, and efficient daily Fulfilment Operations within the assigned area of responsibility by contributing to goal achievement, people, shift and equipment planning, create co-worker’s quality awareness to prevent and reduce damages, drive the implementation of local business plans/projects and analyze existing workload to secure daily volume handling and meet seasonal needs.
• Support the implementation of the Customer Fulfilment Sustainability agenda in the assigned unit operations environment
【Working Hours】
Working hours vary depending on the team to which you belong.
・Receiving Team 3:00-15:00 (Shift Work)
・Shipping Team 8:00-22:00 (Shift Work)

About this work area
【Employment Status】
- Full-time regular employee- 40 hours per week contract
(Part-time permanent employee 25-38hours per week Contract)
- Probation period: 6 months
- Start date is the first day of every month (consult with us about your start date)
- Retirement age: 65 years old
