Additional Information:
• This role is Permanent, Part-time, 40hrs/fortnight.
• The internal job title for this role is Fulfilment Operations Co-worker.
• This role requires availability to work 6am to 12:00pm.
• You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday).

RECRUITMENT PROCESS
• If your application is successful, you may be invited to complete a video interview as part of the recruitment process.
• If your application is progressed, you will be invited to attend an in-person interview with the hiring team.
• If you are successful for this role, you will be required to attend a 2-day Welcome induction Monday 10 June and Tuesday 11 June 9:00am-5:00pm.
• If you are successful, your shifts will commence from Monday 10 June 2024.

About this work area

As a Fulfilment Co-worker (Replenishment) your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Ensure that daily operations run smoothly with a focus on order fulfillment and inventory availability.
• Actively contributing to highest goods availability by ensuring precision of goods received, accurate replenishment of assigned area, and identifying any discrepancies to maintain stock levels and meet the needs of our customers.
• Perform sales space replenishment with flexibility and in accordance with the visual merchandising guidance.
• Storing, retrieving, replenishment and internal transportation of stock within the warehouse and store while safely utilising material handling equipment and tools.
• Adhering to IKEA’s safety policies, rules, and guidelines to allow for safe goods movement through the store and storage to ensure the safety of both customers and co-workers.
• Supporting the wider fulfilment operations team with tasks where required.



As a Fulfilment Co-worker (Replenishment) you are or have:
• A growth mindset with a willingness to continually learn and grow within Fulfilment Operations.
• Ability to collaborate, yet also be able to work autonomously and be self-directed within your work.
• An energetic approach as you will be on your feet all day.
• Strong customer focus, ensuring we keep the customer in mind no matter what we do.
• Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment and a keen eye for attention to detail.
• A safe mindset, being comfortable with physical work and manual handling, including repetitive heavy lifting.
• Committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new systems.
