A proactive and passionate leader, you will become an integral part of our sales management team, and you can demonstrate experience delivering to sales targets and organisational priorities. We believe it is important that you have a proactive mindset, collaborating with your team to steer your department and taking advantage of sales opportunities.

You lead through the IKEA Values, and can inspire those around you, which includes leading by example and delegating responsibilities where necessary. You work cross-functionally with other departments and, using your exceptional communication skills, can champion flexibility, speed and simplicity.

You will be someone who believes in and can work in line with the IKEA Concept and Brand Identity.
