    • Proven ability to navigate payroll-related escalations and resolve issues promptly, ensuring accuracy and compliance
    • Proven experience analyzing reports to draw insights, make strategic recommendations, and drive new initiatives and policy improvements.
    • Proven experience monitoring key performance indicators across regions and business cycles to identify trends, assess performance, and support strategic decision-making.
    • Consistently demonstrates high attention to detail in all aspects of work, ensuring accuracy and quality in deliverables.
    • Proven experience handling and processing sensitive/confidential information with discretion
    • Experience working within a Shared Service Center (preferred)


    JOB TYPE: Permanent, Full-time, Salaried

    HYBRID WORKPLACE: 3 days in the US Service Office in Conshohocken, PA and 2 days remote. There is no relocation for this position.

    SALARY RANGE: $72,916-$106,086

    What you'll be doing day to day

    • Guide and execute operational requirements to deliver payroll services, while optimizing efficiencies.

    • Support the coordination of payroll processing, managing a comprehensive range of payroll activities, complying with all relevant legislation, regulations, agreements and Ingka group policies and procedures, to achieve operational goals and objectives and safeguard coworker experience in the respective area.

    • Collaborate with stakeholders and co-workers to accurately and timeously gather relevant information and communicate on relevant payroll related issues.

    • Support the implementation of new initiatives, policies and services continuously
    improving and standardising service delivery of all payroll activities.

    • Provide subject matter expertise, guidance and training to managers and co-workers.
