    • WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

    1.大专及以上学历，有中控管理经验优先
    2.8年以上相关经验（其中，5年以上大型公司相关经验）
    3.熟悉监控及消防系统设备和办公软件
    4.建（构）筑物消防员职业资格等级证书
    5.应急突发事件的处理经验
    6.沟通与问题解决能力、抗压能力
    7.计划与执行能力

    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

    1.管理相关的资源以发现和降低荟聚中心日常运营中消防设备或安保设备相关的风险
    2.执行与消防相关的操作手册、程序和制度，使其与英格卡中心、国标及当地要求保持一致
    3.负责执行消防系统的维护和管理制度，还有第三方检测等
    4.负责安保及消防相关系统的操作及检查，包括停车收费系统、智能巡更系统管理
    5.按要求做好所有记录的文档化和存储
    6.支持公司消防检查工作，并对保险公司审计和相关事故调查提供支持
    7.中控室的日常运行管理，确保符合英格卡集团的管理标准
