Job description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage day-to-day relationship with the partners and tenants includes operational issues.
- Support the organization within every area of Tenant Management.
- Maintaining and sustaining the mall operations from time to time.
- Responsible for Tenants sales submission (average 95%) and system update.
- Establish and maintain comprehensive / updated Tenants’ Relations Management database and filing system for all tenants (ie. Sales information, licenses, permits, insurances, agreements and other correspondences).
- Coordinate, prepare and distribute work orders to relevant department(s).
- Report, monitor and follow-up with relevant department on tenants’ complaints and resolution.
- Support Operations in the event that tenant is not adhering to mall’s House Rules, Agreement and other required manuals in the way of recommending approach towards tenants.
- Collaborate with other departments for improvement of tenants’ performance as well as tenancy and leasing operations.
- Coordination with Tenant Admin (SO), i.e. tracking of signatory status and sending of documents.
- Obtaining approval for closure applications, i.e. Festival closure, early closure for co. event, etc.
- Mailbox key coordination – new handover, replacement of key or lock.
- Preparing required information prior to Tenants’ meeting.
Qualification
- Certificate or Advance/ Diploma in Real Estate, Marketing, Business or ither related fields
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Shopping Centre Management / Leasing / Tenant Coordination.

Knowledge:
- 2-3 years of experience in Leasing Administration within a shopping centre environment.
- Strong communication, presentation and time management skills.
- Knowledge of Property Management or Tenancy agreements.
- Basic understanding of operations and technical systems related to tenants.
- Strong Interpersonal skills to build rapport and relationship with tenants and partners.
- Ability to perform job duties with attention to detail, speed and efficiency.
- Ability to manage task simultaneously, prioritize tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.
- Capable to prepare and coordinate all leasing related materials for the events and conference participation relates to the shopping centre.
- Effective and eloquent communicator and possess good verbal and written proficiency in English and a second language ie. Chinese and /or Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient with MS Office and other office applications.
