    • What you need to know

    '- You are outgoing, proactive, and comfortable making independent decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
    You’re comfortable with frequent physical tasks and can confidently lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
    - You have genuine passion for waste management, recycling, and for sustainability.
    - You’re customer‑focused, detail‑oriented, and confident using hand and power tools.
    - You can prioritize, organize, and collaborate well, while also working independently when needed.

    Your responsibilities

    '- Recover products through As‑Is selling, repairs, repackaging, and spare parts management to give items a second life.
    - Present and price products with strong commercial judgment to support customer appeal and business results.
    - Make recovery decisions with a sustainability‑first mindset to reduce waste.
    - Act as an ambassador for quality, safety, and product recovery in the unit.
    - Work with other teams to follow consistent routines that improve customers’ perception of IKEA product quality.
