Who you are

You have knowledge of:

• Accounting, finance and tax principles
• Measuring, processing and communication of financial information
• MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
• How to examine data, determine cause & effects and draw conclusions
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Swedish is essential for this position
A day in your life with us
You will focus on securing that accounting and tax activities are carried out according to current laws and internal guidelines in the most efficient way.

Among other things you will:

• Ensure proper records of P&L and balance sheet
• Contribute to accurate and timely execution, preparation and submission of financial reporting
• Prepare and reconcile journal entries
• Execute invoice administration for area of responsibility
• Contribute in bi-monthly and annual closing processes
• Provide input for budget process
• Establish efficient cooperation with Meeting Place Managers, Lease Managers and tenants
• Support internal and external audit related work, yearly filings and other compliance activities

You will report to Finance Manager Nordics, and you will be based in Malmö, Sweden.
