    Your responsibilities

    • Ensuring the commercial part of IKEA Foods at all guest meeting points, as well as the co-worker restaurant.
    • Securing an irresistible food offer by ensuring the proper customer and guest guidance, driving the hospitality aspect of the food business.
    • Ensuring that our customers are always in focus, having a daily dialogue with them and learning from and acting on their feedback.
    • Ensuring the food areas are well-maintained and that daily work routines are in place and followed in all daily work.

    Other information

    • The position is full-time, 37+ hours per week, on an individual contract.
    • You will influence over your own working hours, taking business needs into account.
    • Your working hours will vary within the time frame of 7 AM to 9 PM.
    • You should expect to work one to two evenings per week and every third weekend.
    • Salary in accordance with IKEA’s salary policy.
    • We offer a range of employee benefits, including pension scheme, health insurance, massage program, staff canteen, employee discount, partner discount programs, annual gift, and bonus.
    • Preferred start date: As soon as possible by agreement.
