IKEA Hammersmith are looking to welcome a sales and supply specialists to their very busy sales and supply team. If you have a keen eye for detail and want to lead the way in solving root cause stock availability issues, then this is the role for you.

We are looking for proactive co-workers who are organised, able to work independently and have great problem-solving skills.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Starting salary of £28,400 based on competence and experience,
• 39 hours, working 5 shifts per week and alternate weekends.
• Working hours: 7-15:30

PURPOSE OF JOB

Working closely together with the Store Sales and Supply Support Manager and the Goods flow Manager and other stakeholders to secure a living capacity plan and an effective, qualitative, and efficient goods flow process.

Contribute to a seamless customer experience with an effective and efficient replenishment process by supporting the following:
• The right element of stock structure.
• The stock accuracy management process.
• Correct need planning parameters for the store.
• Smooth range change processes.
• Precision of operational forecast.
• Implementation of actions connected to Commercial calendar, local activities, peak planning, and sales steering.


KEY KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

• A good knowledge of sales and supply support, tools and working methods leading to excellent operations
• Good knowledge and understanding of the customer’s needs, demands and expectations in the local market.
• Good knowledge and understanding of KPIs used for success measures for own function
• Excellent knowledge of relevant IT systems/solutions/tools
