We’re looking for a Recruitment Delivery Manager to lead and execute our recruitment processes with excellence. You’ll ensure we find the right talent while creating a seamless and enjoyable candidate experience.
The daily work of the Recruitment Delivery Manager is to drive efficient, effective and consistent execution of Recruitment activities for the country while ensuring candidate experiences are aligned with the IKEA brand and culture.
What you’ll do
• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to hiring, ensuring efficiency, quality and alignment with our culture and values.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of recruiters to deliver outstanding results.
• Utilize data and analysis to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
• Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and align strategies.
• Promote diversity, equality, and inclusion to build a broad, talented, and engaged workforce.
Who you are
We believe that you have the drive to make a real difference to our business through your engagement and commitment to deliver results. Your high level of integrity, ability to develop strong relationships, your leadership and can-do attitude is key in being able to make an impact.
You’re an experienced recruiter and leader with a curiosity for people and business. You have:
• A minimum of 5 years of recruitment or HR experience, including at least 2 years leading teams.
• A proven track record of driving results in recruitment processes and team development.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
• A deep understanding of candidate behaviors, labor market trends, recruitment tools, and talent needs forecasting and analysis.
• The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Good language skills being fluent in Korean and English, both written and spoken
