A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US

Purpose:
Purpose of function:
1. plan for WAREHOUSE handling flow fulfill store needs
2. As WAREHOUSE contact window to coordinate with other functions in IKEA Supply Chain
3. Secure stock accuracy
4. Support the WAREHOUSE in developing and managing the quality work.
Purpose of job:
1. Make daily WAREHOUSE Inbound & Outbound plan order administration
2. Coordinate with internal and external functions in IKEA Supply Chain
Assignment:
1. Make daily WAREHOUSE receiving planning base on receiving slot and WAREHOUSE capacity in terms of the lest demurrage & detention fee and fulfill the most goods availability in WAREHOUSE.
2. Planning retail orders according to shipping schedule and transport mode to achieve filling rate and lead-time goal.
3. Contact shipping company to smoothly proceed with the transportation booking and contact the customs team for declaration.
4. Coordinate with warehouse operations team for daily inbound and outbound flow.
5. Make regular report to monitor planning, quality and relevant functions performance.
6. Quality contact window to register and document inbound deviations, communicate all necessary documentation and information to suppliers.
7. Perform daily inventory counts and cycle counts.
8. Handling of inventory deviation during operation.
