    • Who you are
    • You bring sales experience and ideally already have knowledge of using IKEA’s kitchen planning tools.
    • You communicate confidently and comfortably in French and English. Any additional languages would be a plus.
    • You are able to organize your tasks independently, think creatively, and work across departments.
    • You have broad knowledge of our product range and use it to offer customers tailored solutions.
    Your responsibilities
    • Support customers throughout the entire process, from kitchen planning to kitchen assembly, ensuring a seamless experience.
    • Identify customer needs and proactively offer suitable solutions to enhance satisfaction and drive sales.
    • Conduct sales conversations and provide empathetic advice to strengthen customer trust and build long-term relationships.
    • Plan kitchens digitally, considering individual customer requests during virtual appointments.
    • Provide comprehensive support via screen sharing, phone, and email before and during the purchase process.
    • Utilize remote selling techniques to drive growth and ensure the sustainable profitability of the online business.
