What you'll be doing day to day

As a Quality Repair Coordinator working at our Customer Fulfillment Center, contributing to warehouse quality team, you will:

• Complete all work orders according to the work order/protocol.
• Request temporary support as Buyer Claim requires.
• Complete local inspections as requested from Central Support.
• Verify ALL inbound Quality returns from the stores.
• Ensure a smooth and SAFE pallet flow in to and from the Repair and work areas.
• Provide optimum service for the Stores by following “Neat & Clean” protocol.
• Keep work area clean and safe at all times.
• Check for damages during repair and ensure all articles are sellable.
• Create and monitor tracking reports measuring results and productivity.
• Fulfill paperwork requirements in order to maintain inventory accuracy within the facility.
• Follow environmental policies set by local S&E coordinator.
• Contribute to an environment where the IKEA culture is strong and embraces the diversity of our co-workers and customers.

JOB TYPE – Permanent, Full-time, Hourly Associate
HOURS - From 34-40 hours per week (HL3) // Benefits Eligible
SHIFTS – Fully open work schedule availability including evenings and weekends required; Work schedules are published one month in advance.

The hourly pay range for this role is $21.07/hr – $30.03/hr.

The anticipated posting closing date is on or around 9/18/24.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Previous assembly and packaging experience
· Previous administrative warehouse work preferred.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Analytical and detail oriented.
· Confident with independent decisions and problem solving.
· Forklift experience and ability to use pallet jack

Requirements

· Ability to lift, sit, stand, and walk for length of shift.
· Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
