Great! I have good news for you!

My name is Peter Lindstål, and I am the Unit Facility Manager at Ingka Real Estate. I am currently looking for a colleague to join our FM team in Stockholm (Kungens Kurva, Gallerian et al.) It’s a team of five people with extensive connections to property owners, service partners, projects, and tenants.
You are in the heart of our mission for Real Estate and an ambassador for everything related to the property management. You have the opportunity to work with passion for service and support together with wonderful people in a developing environment. I can promise you challenging work and varied days!

Of course, I also have some wishes:

    • Experience coordinating, organizing, or leading projects.
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Experience or education (technical competence) in areas such as maintenance, construction, technology, or real estate.
    • You are an early adapter and curious of various IT systems and tools.
    • Excellent proficiency in both spoken and written Swedish and English.

Since you’ll be in ongoing dialogue with various stakeholders, we believe you’re skilled at building relationships and are willing to share your knowledge. You can set clear expectations in a humble manner. You’re accustomed to working against deadlines and have the ability to prioritize and plan your work. Curiosity will be a mutually beneficial attribute for your own development as well as that of IKEA. But most importantly, you share our values and have a desire to grow!

    A DAY IN OUR LIFE!
Together with your colleagues and our subcontractors, you’ll ensure that our property can receive customers and employees in the best possible way. We think proactively and ensure that our properties meet the requirements. Together, we deliver compatible, sustainable, and innovative property solutions.

    Your main tasks are:

    • Maintain the property and the assets in the best shape and form with a long-term perspective to meet the needs of the business both today and for the future.
