Are you a master of organization with a love for creating efficient spaces? We're on the hunt for a Kitchen Planner who can turn chaos into culinary masterpieces! If you can juggle frying pans and floor plans with equal flair, this is the role for you. Join us and help design the kitchens where dreams (and delicious dishes) come to life!


WHAT WE OFFER

• The Start Date of employment will be: 2nd February 2025
• The starting salary for this role is £26,400 per annum, based on competence and experience.
• 24 Hours working 4 days per week including evenings and 3 out of 4 weekends. Please be aware that while this role is a 24 hour contract there will be a requirement to work full time hours for a 4 week training period.


We are looking for people who will help us expand the number of planning appointments we can offer to customers during evenings and weekends and especially welcome those looking to work evenings and weekends to apply.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

• Experience in kitchen planning is advantageous, although not required.
• You have an interest in people’s life at home and look to provide customers with personalised solutions that meet their needs.
• You have experience working in a customer oriented business, working closely with sales targets and customer conversion rates.
• Confidence to take personal initiatives and be open to change, with the ability to both find solutions to complex problems and be able to communicate to the customer.
• Confident in learning and working with a variety of computer programmes including Microsoft Office suite and Kitchen Planning Tools.


WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING ON THE DAY TO DAY

• Planning & Designing kitchens for customers in both initial and follow up appointments to provide accurate plans, along with installation and custom worktop quotations where appropriate.
• You actively engage with our customers identifying their needs, inspiring and advising them on the best solutions for their life at home.
• Support maximising sales by ensuring the customer meets an area that is clean, well presented and easy to shop.
• Support with responding to the customer emails, securing payments both in store and remotely.
• You will communicate with customers in a variety of ways, including email, text and calls starting from pre appointment calls, and continuing through planning and purchase of their kitchen.
