What you'll be doing day to day
• Leads the Loyalty, Food, Customer Service and Site Area Prep teams to ensure a great IKEA brand to drive repeat visitation to IKEA. • Responsible for the Customer promise, 10 customer expectations, "customer in focus" list and customer insights to improve customer satisfaction and ensure a seamless shopping experience, and ensures actions are taken in partnership with relevant stakeholders. • Ensures a better understanding of the local customer, market and community to enable a better local connection to the store experience, solutions, and commercial calendar. Overall responsible for local community involvement and stakeholder relations, including public affairs.
• Serves as an active member of the steering team responsible for customer centric local actions that support the national and local business plan. • Ensures implementations of working routines, competence development and follow up of Commercial Review and Compliance related to the role and function. • Overall responsible for food operations, food safety and the food P&L as well as integrating IKEA Food into the store customer experience in the strongest possible way. • Manages the Asset Management local team to be sure that all standards policies, procedures, activities and processes are met and followed (e.g. Inventory, Safety, SISAN). • Monitors performance against agreed goals and KPIs and ensure that actions are taken accordingly. • Leads the teams through recruiting, training, developing and succession planning.

The salary range for this position is $96,822 to $144,336
