    '- 2023-2025年全日制本科以上学历，或2026年本科应届生；对家居生活和家居装饰富有兴趣，对零售工作充满热情；
    - 具备清晰的逻辑能力，一定的商业敏感度，以顾客体验为核心，结果为导向，使命必达；
    - 有优秀的自我驱动能力和学习能力，适应高强度/快节奏的工作环境，擅于自身工作计划安排和具备一定的资源协调能力；
    - 具有良好的沟通能力及团队协作能力
    - 有从事以顾客和商业为导向的相关工作经验优先。

    • 及时了解顾客的居家生活及其家居装修需求，打造卓越的顾客体验。
    • 积极将家居装修知识转化为适合当地的功能性家居解决方案，超越顾客期望，并体现宜家的家居装修理念。
    • 接待顾客，识别与全屋设计服务相匹配的顾客需求，提供包括家具和装饰在内的空间解决方案，以满足顾客需求并引导顾客购买。
    • 与你分配到的商业团队以及顾客关系部门密切合作，有效实施指定区域的日常工作计划。
