    • Local knowledge about the market conditions and Players.
    • Deep transaction knowledge on Asset deal and Share deals.
    • Updated on transactions in the market.
    • Financing and Financial modelling.
    • Business model acumen.
    • Procurement of external service providers.
    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Secure a strong industry network to ensure up to date market relevant information regarding existing assets on the local market with the specific focus on existing asset conditions, possible and executed deal structures and financial indicators and reliable contacts to timely inform about the offer of the assets
    • Build a fit for purpose team that will include all the relevant competencies required to define the asset condition, transactional risks and benefits as well as price of the asset i.e. Concept, Leasing, Construction, Operation
    • Analyse the findings of the fit for purpose team to document them in a deal proposal format for the final approval of the project
    • Propose financial structure of the deal e.g. shares, control package
    • Maintain thorough document control throughout the process including, but not limited to, negotiations protocols, researches, due diligence reports, findings summary to ensure transparency and easy hand over (if applicable) at any stage of the process.
    TOGETHER AS A TEAM
    To generate revenue and growth of new and current Meeting Places while also collaborating with IKEA Retail, the Ingka Group and external contractors with
    the goal of delivering the needs of customers and local communities within the locations they operate.
