    • you have strong knowledge of P&C (personnel administration & payroll) environment (with min. 3 years of experience),

    • communication in English is your strong point, and you are eager to use it while cooperating with various partners all over the world,

    • you bring a true passion for people and enjoy working in a vibrant and changing environment,

    • you are passionate about transition and leading the change,

    • you have a service oriented and customer focused background, a strong drive and the ability to take decisions and delegate,

    • you have understanding and passion for IKEA values and want to share it with your team.

    A day in your life with us

    • lead P&C Finland team to ensure efficient and qualitative PA/PY services delivery in line with the global procedures and local legal requirements,
    • support all co-workers in PA/PY related topics,
    • supervise monthly payroll and year-end activities,
    • support solving problems and independently resolve first level escalations,
    • follow-up on the status of outstanding issues,
    • recruit competent new co-workers that will fit to the team with the required PA/PY profiles,
    • take an active role in coaching and developing PA/PY staff knowledge, skills and competence,
    • be responsible for coordination of trainings, keeping high level of motivation and other activities related with team leading,
    • be a part of a work environment where the IKEA culture is a strong and living reality.
