    WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
    • Implement people planning strategy at the unit level, following principles/guidelines as localised by the Global MatrixTeam and country People Planning Workforce function.
    • Ensuring adherence to IKEA employment standards, legal, and union requirements related to People PlanningWorkforce area
    • Contribute to the unit’s complete people planning process from forecasting to the execution of the schedule by posting draft schedules timely, ensuring scheduled hours include planned absences and liaising on the development of final schedules with department managers in order to respond to co-workers and business needs.
    • Identify possible improvements in the people planning workforce process and escalate any potential deviation to theUnit Manager when the scheduled or actual hours exceed the agreed financial framework.
    What you'll need to have
    • Degree in Management engineering, Economy is a plus
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerBi, Power Point) to manage and analyse data by generating reports
    • Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to build trustful relationships with stakeholders of different seniority levels within the store.
    • Strong leadership skills and excellent communication skills to relate with different stakeholders.
    • An analytical approach, with data-driven decision-making that you apply to how you resolve problems.
    • The aptitude to renew, improve, and embrace the change exploiting new business and growth opportunities.
    • The ability to work independently, taking your own initiatives and responsibilities.
    • The flexibility to manage different tasks trying to approach them with different points of view.
    • Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in Italian and English.
