    Who you are
    You're an integral part of our Country Integrated Media team at IKEA Switzerland reporting to the Integrated Media Manager.
    We look for you who have a strong interest and engagement with digital area, are broadly interested in the different Media channels with a focus in social media and a good technical understanding. Or. You could also have more experience and a passion for the offline area.

    Regardless of your background, you need to bring:

    • Accuracy and a sense for details[SM2.1], with an analytical mindset.
    • Curiosity and willingness to try and learn new things[SM3.1]
    • Team Spirit & strong collaboration skills towards both internal stakeholders and external partners

    Your responsibilities

    • Drive paid media performance – Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns to maximize reach, traffic, and conversion across all digital channels.
    • Integrate and activate data – Connect audience, media, and performance data to inform targeting, creative optimization, and continuous learning loops.
    • Orchestrate channel mix – Manage investment and optimize campaigns across search, programmatic, display, video, and paid social & align it with our traditional channels to ensure full-funnel effectiveness and efficiency.
    • Measure and optimize ROI – Track performance against business objectives, extract insights, and refine targeting, messaging, and channel allocation to drive impact.
    • Partner with teams across Marketing, including the Content Creation Team and CRM Team, to orchestrate the most effective campaigns.
    • Activate segmentation strategies – Leverage the Global segmentation model to create actionable local microsegments aligned with country priorities and marketing strategies.
