    We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to join our People Management. You will play a key role in shaping and maintaining our People Management – Core HCM area.

    We believe you bring:
    • Has deep experience (8-10 yrs) in HR technology product ownership — ideally across SF EC, OpenText, or similar enterprise platforms
    • Experience in data standardization — data models, consistency, and quality
    • Experience owning and communicating a product roadmap, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
    • The ability to identify gaps in data pipelines and translate them into clear use cases for engineering teams
    • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills — you can bridge business, data, and technology
    • 6-7 years of experience in a similar role within HR Tech and product-oriented environments
    • Proven experience in collaboration driven outcome
    • Strong communication and visualization skills
    • Naturally connects strategy to execution — comfortable at both 30,000 feet and ground level
    • Is curious and forward-looking — turning trends and AI developments into actionable roadmap decisions
    • Thrives in cross-functional environments — managing dependencies, driving alignment, and enabling timely decisions
    • Communicates complex choices clearly and confidently to senior stakeholders

    A day in your life with us

    As a Senior Product Owner, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and evolution of our People Management platform — spanning SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, and OpenText for document management and storage.
    This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, directly impacting how we manage and serve co-workers across the organisation.

    This means that you will:

    • Define and own the multi-year product roadmap — balancing business value, cost, risk, and technical sustainability
    • Shape a forward-looking AI and innovation roadmap — identifying where intelligence and automation add real value
    • Stay close to market trends and vendor developments — translating them into practical platform direction
    • Lead planning and prioritisation — managing cross-team dependencies across SF EC, OpenText, and adjacent platforms
    • Translate business needs into clear solutions and a well-structured backlog using roadmap tools and Jira
    • Drive stakeholder alignment across global business, centres of excellence, and engineering teams
    • Act as a trusted advisor to business and digital leadership on platform strategy and trade-offs
    • Ensure platform reliability, compliance, and data integrity across all People Management processes
    • Continuously improve platform quality, adoption, and user experience

The Digital Area – Group Functions is a new area built to strengthen digital partnership and delivery across all Group Functions and Global Business Operations (GBO). We develop and deliver digital capabilities across key areas like Finance, People & Culture, Procurement, Legal, Business Risk & Compliance, Communications, Real Estate, Business Steering in Ingkas global organisation.
