  • IKEA Dublin are looking to welcome Early Morning Warehouse/Store Replenishment Operatives to join our hard-working fulfilment team.

    At IKEA, a Replenishment Co‑worker is the shelf‑filling superhero who makes sure everything looks magically stocked ready for store opening. This role is based primarily around our Market Hall before store opening times.


    WHAT WE OFFER

    • Start Date of employment will be: 2nd of June.
    • Competitive hourly rate of €15.70 per hour.
    • Shifts start at 04:00am in the morning for the 30 hour a week contract, and 06:00am in the morning for our 20 hour a week contract. Shifts finish at 10:00am.
    • 30 and 20 hour contracts working 5 days over 7, and you will work every second weekend (1 on, 1 off).

    WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

    • Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential, all you will need is the enthusiasm to thrive in an active workplace.
    • Ability to prioritise and organise your workload swiftly and with attention to detail.
    • Experience in utilising technical equipment to enhance productivity and efficiency.
    • Ensure you are prepared to initiate tasks on your own initiative and to participate productively in group efforts.
    • Compliance with health and safety guidelines necessitates that applicants are 18 years of age or older.


    WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

    • You ensure products are available to customers by ensuring tasks in your area are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
    • Operate and work around heavy machinery, such as forklift trucks, counterbalance, and pump trucks, to safely and efficiently transport heavy goods within the warehouse.
    • This is a physically demanding role as there will be safe manual handling of heavy stock.
    • Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed for a secure environment for both our customers and co-workers.
